This past Friday, the Fashion Club Collective at LIM College learned the first hand experience of producing a fashion show on a professional level. Led by stylist and production coordinator Mister Lee, students presented a full runway show titled Mirage, showcasing designers like CNC Costume National, Shipley & Halmos, Moon, Candace Ang, Florsheim by Duckie Brown and The Local Firm held at the Metropolitan Pavillion. In addition to working with prominent fashion labels, the Collective partnered with National Down Syndrome Society to generate public awareness of the organization’s initiatives. My hat goes off to the Collective, the LIM students and everyone involved.
